Standard International Shipping: 10-35 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouses located in China within 3 business days.

In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

* Time includes shipping and handling and excludes non-business days, including weekends and company holidays. 
* Shipping times are not guaranteed and exclude clearance/customs delays.


Products are shipped from different warehouses. If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times. Rest assured, there are no extra shipment charges.

Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, we are unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location with be combined into a single shipment. 

You'll receive a shipping notification for each shipment in your order including tracking number.


For some products we offer expedited shipping: 4-7 business days.

* Expedited shipping is not eligible for P.O. boxes delivery. Signature may be required for delivery on some orders.


Can I ship my order to someone else?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s).

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number(s). In the email we providing a link to a website where you can paste the tracking number(s) provided and follow the path of your order from our warehouses to your destination.

I am trying to track my order, but it shows nothing, why?

Most of the products are shipped with China EMS, directly from our warehouses in China

In case you are trying to check the location of your package and no results are shown, means that China EMS didn’t update the information on the website yet.

Shipping made with China EMS (e-packet), usually takes between 3-7 business days to update the current location of the package.
